Snowtrail Research was founded by Cushi Henry, a commodities data leader with 20 years of experience building production-grade data platforms and research infrastructure for institutional trading teams.
Before launching Snowtrail, Cushi served as Director of Data Research and Analytics for Commodities at Balyasny Asset Management. He was also the founding data lead for the firm's first energy trading pod. Working directly alongside portfolio managers, traders and quant researchers across all commodity markets, Cushi saw first-hand how much alpha was lost in the gap between raw fundamental data and research-ready intelligence.
Snowtrail exists to close that gap. The platform delivers the same structured, point-in-time correct intelligence that the best-resourced trading desks build internally, made available as a scalable service to any team that needs it.
